When she said she couldn’t give him a ride because she was out of gas he lifted his sweatshirt and displayed a black pistol in his belt. The lady walked past him into the store and asked the clerk to call police. Mister Warren was arrested for Public Intoxication. Concealed Weapon and Reckless Endangering and the pistol, which turned out to be a paint ball gun, was confiscated”
