After a foot pursuit the driver, who was identified as Trevor Swanson, 46 yoa from Riverton, was caught whereupon he resisted arrest. Mister Swanson, who showed obvious signs of alcohol impairment, was arrested and charged with DWUI and Resisting Arrest”

The driver, who displayed signs of alcohol impairment, was identified as Laura Brown, 21 yoa from Ethete. Ms. Brown failed the field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWUI. A later EC/IR test at the station indicated a BAC of .107”
