- Lincoln, Anita, 40, Fort Washakie, Driving Without an Interlock Device, Leaving the Scene Of An Accident, DWUI, Available Narrative: RP advised a vehicle ran into a side-by-side; “Anita Lincoln, 40 yoa from Fort Washakie was the driver of a 2004 Ford Focus which struck the rear of a 2020 Polaris side by side as it sat stopped for the four way stop signs at the intersection of N 8th W and Sunset. Ms. Lincoln then fled the scene and abandoned her vehicle nearby. She was later found hiding in the grass and was arrested and charged with Driving Without an Interlock Device, Leaving the Scene Of An Accident and DWUI. The driver of the other vehicle was transported by EMS to the hospital”
