- Ariks, Charles, 39, Riverton, DWUI, Available Narrative: RP advised of a vehicle swerving and going off the road; “Officer located a vehicle which had received several REDDI reports and, after following a short distance, observed it to be speeding and swerving all over the road. When stopped in the 700 block of South Federal the driver, who was identified as Charles Ariks, 39 yoa from Riverton, displayed obvious signs of alcohol impairment and failed the field sobriety tests. He was arrested for DWUI and a later EC/IR test at the station indicated a BAC of .168”
