Two-day clinic at Central Wyoming College’s Ag & Equine Complex will raise funds to support the CWC Ranch Horse Team.
RIVERTON, Wyo. — The Central Wyoming College Ranch Horse Team will host a two-day ranch horse clinic with Matt Kelly Sept. 12–13 at the CWC Ag & Equine Complex in Riverton.
The clinic will give riders an opportunity to work on practical ranch horse skills while raising funds to support CWC Ranch Horse Team students and activities.
The clinic will run from 1–5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12, and 8 a.m.–noon Sunday, Sept. 13. The cost is $300 per person, with a $100 deposit required to reserve a spot.
CWC’s Ranch Horse Team gives students an opportunity to develop their horsemanship while representing the college in ranch horse competition. The program is part of CWC’s growing agriculture and equine offerings, which combine hands-on learning with opportunities for students to build skills they can use in the arena, on the ranch and in their future careers.
Proceeds from the Matt Kelly clinic will directly benefit the Ranch Horse Team, making participation in the clinic an opportunity to learn while supporting CWC student-athletes.
The clinic will be held at the Central Wyoming College Ag & Equine Complex in Riverton, Wyoming. Stalls will be available at 875 Gasser Road.
