(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commissioners convened for a regular meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 16, and have provided the following recap of the meeting.
- Bids from Overhead Door ($8,850.00) and Fremont Electric ($1,550.00) to come out of the Capital Revolving Fund for the ADA door updates in the court area were approved.
- Modification #002 for the Wiggins Creek Bridge extending the completion date to June 30, 2026 was approved.
- Funding match letters for CAST and JTC were approved for FY2026/27 and FY2027/28.
- A 24-hour liquor license permit for Hilltop Liquor was approved.
- An amendment to a contract, adding new provisions based on federal requirements, between the Wyoming Department of Family Services, Child Support Program and Fremont County Clerk of District Court was approved.
- The Woods Corner Subdivision Lots 1–10 & 17–22 replat was approved.
- It was approved to appoint Sage Goff to be the Executive Director of the Treatment Courts as of Janurary 1, 2026.
- It was approved to retain Woodhouse Roden Ames & Brennan, LLC to advise on potential litigation.
The meeting recap included a memo to employees indicating that the Christmas holiday will be Wednesday, Dec. 24, and Thursday, Dec. 25.
