Central Wyoming College now offers a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership with five options: Agricultural, Business & Entrepreneurial, Law Enforcement, Outdoor and Tribal Leadership. Central Wyoming College also offers a Bachelor of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education.
Central Wyoming College boasts a diverse range of programs tailored to various interests and career paths. The Associate of Science in Software Development prepares students for success in the tech industry with training in the latest programming languages, modern coding tools, and hands-on projects. In Jackson, the Culinary Arts Program offers students the chance to learn from experienced chefs and gain hands-on experience in a region celebrated for its culinary scene. This program combines creativity with technical skills, preparing graduates for a range of roles in the food service industry.
The Equine and Agriculture Program at Central Wyoming College features the cutting-edge Rustler Ag & Equine Complex, a state-of-the-art facility that opened in August 2023. This 85,000-square-foot complex includes purpose-built classrooms, two equine arenas, and a fully functional USDA-certified meat processing facility.
Designed to provide hands-on experience, the complex equips students with practical skills in equine management, agriculture, and veterinary fields. The complex is located on 22 acres and serves as a comprehensive hub for agriculture students, offering unique educational opportunities that integrate academic learning with real-world applications.
The program also includes a regenerative farming center at the Alpine Science Institute in Lander, emphasizing sustainable practices and further enhancing students’ educational experiences.
Central Wyoming College’s Nursing Program is renowned for its rigorous coursework and comprehensive clinical training, preparing students for successful careers in healthcare.
