(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commission will hold a regular meeting beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, in the County Commissioners’ Chambers in Room 205 of the Fremont County Courthouse, 450 N. Second St. in Lander.
The agenda includes a Dubois ambulance discussion with Dubois Mayor Pat Neveaux and a monthly update from Clerk of District Court Amanda Sanchez.
The Commission will also discuss prevention and opioids with Prevention Coordinator Tauna Groomsmith and hear about the vacation of Deer Creek Road and the creation of the Painted Hills Subdivision from Planning Director Steve Baumann.
After a break, the Commission will hear a monthly update from JTC and Youth Services Assistant Director Hattie Calvert and discuss property taxes with Bill Lee.
The commission will also hear about a chipseal project closeout from Transportation Superintendent Billy Meeks and Kasey Jones of Dowl Engineering and receive an ADA door update from Building Maintenance Superintendent John Harmelink.
Museum Director Scott Goetz will give an update, and County Attorney Micah Wyatt will report on personnel before the Commission convenes into an executive session for personnel and/or potential litigation.
Tuesday’s meeting is open to the public for in-person attendance and will be live-streamed on Fremont County’s YouTube channel, where past meeting recordings are stored.
