Each week, staff at Dubois High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Bell Norris was nominated as the Dubois High School student of the week by Jennifer Bowles.
From English teacher Mrs. Bowles, “Congratulations to Bell Norris, our Student of the Week! A senior who leads by example, Bell is captain of the basketball team, a National Honor Society member, and excels in all of her academic courses, including concurrent college courses. Outside of school, she gains hands-on experience through a work-study at the local vet clinic. Bell’s determination and leadership make her a standout both in and out of the classroom. Well-deserved, Bell!”
Bell plans to pursue a Pre-veterinary degree at the University of Wyoming, then onto becoming a large animal vet.
