Each week, staff at Dubois High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Briauna Grove was nominated as the Dubois High School student of the week by Jennifer Bowles.
Briauna is a Junior at Dubois High School. She participates in volleyball and track, and enjoys photography, hiking, hunting, and fishing. English teacher Bowles states, "Briauna is a natural helper & hardworking athlete. She brings the same determination to academics as she does to the court and field. With dreams of becoming a veterinarian or serving in the U.S. Army, Bri's love of animals and her ability to overcome challenges make her an inspiring role model for her peers." Bri plans to attend Oklahoma State University for veterinary medicine/equine science and eventually join the army.
