Each week, staff at Dubois High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Cierra Gross was nominated as the Dubois High School student of the week by Sampson Rich.
“Cierra is always in an uplifting mood. She is able to share that mood with students around her. During our Kids Hear Challenge, Cierra was able to connect and be a role model for the young and upcoming students. Her positive example influenced the students’ behavior and attitude. Cierra helped students overcome their fear of the Eggbeater jump rope and encouraged them to try and do their best. Good job and keep it up!”~ Mr. Rich.
Cierra enjoys photography, baking, and spending time with friends. After high school she will pursue certification as a nail technician.
