Each week, staff at Dubois High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Jasmine Beals was nominated as the Dubois High School student of the week by Allison Baas.
Junior Jasmine participates in volleyball and Student Council. Outside of school she enjoys volleyball and horses. Science teacher Mrs. Baas states, "Jasmine comes to school excited, enthusiastic, and determined to grow. When material feels heavy and complex she asks clarifying questions and digs in to understand. I am honoring Jasmine's engagement and GRIT in school as she is a model student for learning."
After high school Jasmine plans to go to GSU for Dental Hygienist or Cosmetology.
