Each week, staff at Dubois High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Nate Hinkle was nominated as the Dubois High School student of the week by Jennifer Bowles.
Mrs. Bowles says, “Nate consistently demonstrates leadership both in the classroom and on the basketball court, making him a role model for his peers. His strong work ethic, dedication, and positive attitude allow him to excel in academics and athletics. Nate’s perseverance and teamwork are evident in his contributions to class discussions and his respectful sportsmanship, making him an outstanding student and athlete!”
Nate, son of Derrick and Erica Hinkle, is a high school senior who is passionate about basketball. He hopes to pursue a future in the sport and as a physical therapist.
