Each week, staff at Dubois High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Noah Hawkins was nominated as the Dubois High School student of the week by Dr. Alison Baas.
Dr. Bass states, “Noah shows curiosity and creativity in anatomy and physiology, he has interesting perspectives about the material and produces quality work that shows new perspectives and insights. Noah is a positive influence in class, and helps out his classmates when concepts and problems are confusing.”
Noah is a senior and a member of the school Student Council. Outside of school, Noah enjoys dirt biking, snowmobiling, and working to gain practical and building skills. After school he intends to work towards his general contractor’s license and own his own business building houses.
