Each week, staff at Dubois High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Rachael Graham was nominated as the Dubois High School student of the week by Lidia Haughey.
“I chose Rachael because of the incredible changes I have seen in her over the last year. She has found her footing and is one of the most encouraging, supportive young people in our school. Her concern for friends and fellow students runs deep, as deep as her compassion. She carries a beautifully positive attitude regardless of what life is throwing at her and as such is a role model for others around her, especially those facing similar life events. Strength, confidence, and self-awareness define her character.” – Ms. H. Rachael plans to pursue a career in teaching after attending college.
