Each week, staff at Dubois High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Rusty Glenn was nominated as the Dubois High School student of the week by Jacinda Wilson.
Mrs. Wilson says, "Rusty is always an enthusiastic participant and a hard worker, often anticipating what I will ask him or the class and getting work done promptly. When things are sometimes hard for him, he will take a step back, reevaluate, and continue working. He is curious, innovative, fun to have in class, and very dedicated. He stands out to me as a leader and a great musician, and is very deserving of this award."
Freshman Rusty was a member of the 8th Grade Honor Band, 2nd place team win in robotics, and enjoys designing lego machines. He plans to go on a mission after graduation.
