(Dubois, WY) – The Fremont County School District 2 Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 19, in the Board Room at the District Administration Building, 700 N. First St. in Dubois.
The agenda begins with a new staff reception, which is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m.
During the regular meeting, the board will consider approving the consent agenda, including minutes from past meetings, vouchers, new hires, and a request to solicit bids for propane.
After hearing presentations and recognitions, a Dubois educator report, a student council report, committee reports, visitor comments, an administrative report, and a financial report, the board will discuss upcoming work sessions and training opportunities as well as 2025-2026 calendar revisions.
Other discussion items on the agenda include budget amendment No. 1 for 2025-2026 and budget amendment No. 3 for 2024-2025.
Under action items, the board will consider approving 2025-2026 calendar revisions, budget amendment No. 1 for 2025-2026, and budget amendment No. 3 for 2024-2025.
The board will then convene into an executive session regarding personnel and safety and security.
