(Dubois, WY) – The Dubois Town Council will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, in the Council Chambers at Dubois Town Hall, 712 Meckem Street.
The agenda includes two public hearings:
- FY 25-26 Budget Amendment Public Hearing
- Ord. No. 474 Town’s Fiscal 26/27 Budget Ordinance
The Council will consider approving the budget ordinance later in the meeting.
There are three resolutions on the agenda:
- Resolution 26-011 realigning fiscal year 25-26 department budgets
- Resolution 26-012 authorizing rates for town services for fiscal year 26-27
- Resolution 26-013 authorizing solid waste rates for town services for fiscal year 26-27
The council will also consider approving and authorizing the mayor to sign a $250,000 contract and a Notice to Proceed with Morton Buildings Inc. for the construction of the Town Shop.
Other action items on the agenda include:
- consider authorizing an increase of $.01 to the airport hangar lot lease fees effective July 1, 2026
- consider approving a $207,000 payment to Ridgeline Excavation Inc. for the Rodeo Ground Bridge Repair
- consider approving Temporary Catering Permits for the GOP Governor Forum Debate (place 4:30-8 p.m. June 18 at the Headwaters Building) and the 4th of July Parade (11 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 4)
- consider approving business licenses for Tim Reese (Wind River Creative Studios, 1422 Warm Springs Drive), Megan Albright/Benjamin Dorsey (Dunoir Boot Company LLC, 8 Stalnaker St., Suite 2), and Megan Albright (Dunoir Services LLC, 8 Stalnaker St., Suite 2)
- consider approving Accounts Payable
- consider approving TAD Fund payments
