(Dubois, WY) – The Dubois Town Council will hold a regular meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, in the Council Chambers at Dubois Town Hall, 712 Meckem Street.
The agenda includes six action items.
First, the council will consider Tourism Asset Development grant reimbursement requests from the Dubois Western Activities Association and the Dubois Association for Recreation and Trails.
The grant supporting the Dubois Western Activities Association’s National Day of the Cowboy was approved in June in the amount of $24,350, according to the agenda, and on Wednesday the council will consider final reimbursement in the amount of about $10,020.
The grant supporting the Dubois Association for Recreation and Trails winter trail grooming trial markers was approved in January in the amount of almost $550, according to the agenda, and on Wednesday the council will consider final reimbursement in the amount of almost $550.
The council will next consider approving a malt beverage/open container permit applied for by Pioneer Yoga for a 1st Anniversary Party 5-7 p.m. Oct. 4 at 116 E. Ramshorn St.
There is one temporary catering permit on the agenda, for Rustic Pine Tavern for the Chamber of Commerce annual meeting 5-10 p.m. Nov. 2 at the Dennison Lodge.
The council will also consider approving:
-accounts payable
-TAD accounts payable
-August 2024 financial reports
An executive session will be held if necessary.
