From the moment you walk in, you’ll notice a stunning remodel: new floors, custom tables and chairs, fresh decor, and a vibe that somehow feels both elevated and completely familiar.
And while the facelift brings a brand-new energy to the space, El Vaquero has stayed true to its roots. The name literally means “cowboy,” and their Western-Mexican fusion still shines through—whether it’s on the plate, in the decor, or on the TVs playing bull riding and 4-H shows. It’s a place that feels like home for Fremont County locals, and it just keeps getting better.
