(Riverton, WY) – The Riverton City Council will hold a regular meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, in the Council Chambers at Riverton City Hall, 816 N. Federal Blvd.
The agenda for the meeting includes a retirement recognition for Keith Williams followed by a 150th Anniversary of the Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Wyoming Proclamation.
Later, the council will hear presentations from two recipients of local economic development funding – Media Adventure Queen and Miller Bulk Foods – then consider new funding recommendations from the city’s economic development committee.
The council will also consider confirming the appointment of Councilmember Karla Borders, Councilmember Mike Bailey, and Councilmember-elect Karen Johnson to an ad-hoc promotion committee that will review 2025 Tourism Asset Development program applications and make award recommendations to the governing body.
An executive session will be held if needed before adjournment.
Tuesday’s council meeting will be preceded by a 6:45 p.m. Finance Committee meeting in the same location.
Both meetings are open to the public for in-person attendance and will be streamed live on the city’s YouTube channel, where past meeting recordings are stored.
