Have you heard about the annual Smile Makeover giveaway at Rendezvous Dental? Every year, Rendezvous Dental and their partner, Michael Sweglar, donate thousands of dollars worth of dental work to one deserving participant, who otherwise would not have been able to afford to correct their smile.
Past candidates report feeling “AMAZING!” after the transformation. Not only do they smile every chance they get, candidates say they no longer stress about their deteriorating smile and inability to fix it.

1. Submit a video to drs.crane.sackett@gmail.com or 307-349-8607. Show your ‘not-so-perfect’ smile and answer the two following questions:
a. What do you feel is your primary dental problem?
b. How would a brand new “Selfie-Smile” change your life?
2. Next, stop by Rendezvous Dental office and fill out an entry form.
