(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commissioners convened for a regular meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 17, and have provided the following recap of the meeting.
- A Utilities Right-of-Way Easement Application for a bore cut was approved for Crooks Gap Road.
- A Budget Transfer in the amount of $208,000.00 from Cash Reserves to the Fremont County Fair for the Fair Annex – County Contribution FY25 and FY26 was approved.
- It was approved to rescind a previous vote and advertise for a Board of Equalization hearing officer for FYE2026.
- A Notice to Proceed starting March 16, 2026 was approved for the Dutch Ed Lane Reconstruction Project.
- An agreement between Fremont County and Alexander Excavation, Inc. for the Dutch Ed Lane Reconstruction Project was approved.
- A bid from Newman Signs, Inc., for flashing speed feedback signs on Hillcrest Dr. in the amount of $9,316.00 to come out of LATC was approved.
