Five action items on Dubois Town Council agenda for Wednesday meeting

(Dubois, WY) – The Dubois Town Council will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9, in the Council Chambers at Dubois Town Hall, 712 Meckem Street.  

The agenda includes five action items:

• consider approving and authorizing submission of the F66 Report to the State of Wyoming Department of Audit as prepared by the Town of Dubois by Sept. 30
• consider approving a $3,700 change order with Strobel Energy Group, contingent on acceptance by the contractor to address any possible future rust development on the interior of the pipe which would inhibit the diffusers from operating, and altering the completion times
• consider approving a $4,000 Tourism Asset Development grant reimbursement request from the Dubois Chamber of Commerce for 3rd and 4th of July festivities
• consider approving accounts payable
• consider approving TAD fund payments

An executive session will be held before adjournment.
