Five Shoshoni wrestlers have the chance to compete in the Virginia Beach National Tournament, one of the most prestigious prep wrestling tournaments in the nation.
State champion Wiley Hegwer and fourth place finisher, Brody Shepard join Peyton and Sawyer Arnhold and Brueklyn Truempler from the Wrangler girls squad in this competition.
It is a significant financial challenge for these five students and their coaches with a cost of $1500 each to compete.
As a token of their appreciation, any business donating to their cause will have the business logo displayed prominently on the wrestler’s gear. The donors will also be honored on social media.
It’s a quick turnaround for these five athletes, who will depart March 25th for the tournament. Donations should be made by March 21st.
