(Arlington, TX) – Former Natrona County High School and University of Wyoming football star Logan Wilson is on the move in the NFL.
Wilson was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in 2020 as the 65th overall pick. He was named a starter in 2021 and lead the team in tackles for three straight seasons.
Earlier this year, however, Logan was moved behind rookie Barrett Carter on the depth chart. The six-yer NFL vet played just 67% of the Bengals defensive snaps, his lowest production since his rookie season.
NFL Insider Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network reported in October that Wilson had requested a trade from Cincinnati’s front office.
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones announced the trade for Logan late Monday to several media outlets. The Bengals will receive a 2026 7th round draft pick in return from Dallas.
The Cowboys visit Las Vegas on November 17th and host Philadelphia November 23rd. They are currently 3-5-1 overall.
