On Tuesday, September 1st at 12:21 p.m. the Fort Washakie Fire Department were dispatched to a vehicle fire in the Hines General Store parking lot.
Crews quickly extinguished the blaze and no injuries were reported.
Last weekend, Lander Volunteer Firefighters assisted a personal injury accident on Blue Sky Highway, and the Riverton Fire Department fought a grass fire on Behan Lane in Arapahoe. Grass fire danger remains high in most areas of Fremont County.
