November is Native American Heritage Month and Fort Washakie’s Morning Star Care Center celebrated with an elders round dance Wednesday.
Patients and staff had the chance to join in as the Big Wind Singers from Crowheart performed.
Those who participated also had the chance to enjoy frybread and tea.
Seniors at Morning Star have also had the chance to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal and attend a Fort Washakie High School basketball game.
