Four resolutions on Lander City Council agenda for regular meeting Tuesday

(Lander, WY) – The Lander City Council will hold a regular meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 23, in the City Council Chambers at 240 Lincoln Street.  

The agenda includes four resolutions:

• Resolution 1387 amending fees and utility rates for water and wastewater service July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027
• Resolution 1391 establishing the Tourism Asset Development special revenue fund for the purpose of accounting for and administering TAD revenues and expenditures
• Resolution 1392 authorizing the submission of a $1 million application for federal Transportation Alternates Program funding for the Gannet Peak Phase 2 project
• Resolution 1393 exempting blocks one through four of Main Street from the open container provisions of city ordinance for an event

The council will also consider approving the following payments:

• a $35,000 payment to Juvenile Justice Services of Fremont County pursuant to an agreement dated July 1, 2026
• payment of $1,000 for fireworks, $500 for Almost Home, $1,000 for the Care and Share Food Bank, and $500 for the First Stop Help Center from the Mayor’s Discretionary Fund to the Lander Community Foundation Challenge For Charities

The council will consider approving the fiscal year 2025-2026 city audit engagement letter with Summit West CPA Group before adjourning.

Tuesday’s meeting is open to the public for in-person attendance and will be streamed live on Zoom.
