The Fremont County Clerk’s office has issued a notification to local media about current political candidates who have yet to turn in their contributions and expenditures report following the primary election.
The report was due on August 31, 2018. Candidates have 21 days from that date to comply. Failure to do so may result in a $200 fine.
It appears there are currently four candidates who are yet to turn in this report.
