(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commission will hold a regular meeting beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, June 3, in the County Commissioners’ Chambers in Room 205 of the Fremont County Courthouse, 450 N. Second St. in Lander.
The tentative agenda, which is subject to change at any time, includes a monthly update from Clerk of District Court Amanda Sanchez and a contract proposal discussion with Treatment Courts/Youth Services Executive Director Cassie Murray.
The Commission will also speak with Planning Department Supervisor Steve Baumann about the WyoPo 2nd Subdivision, Re-Subdivision.
After a break, Recreation Commission Member Robert Scheidemantel and Wyoming Trails Program Manager Forrest Kamminga will give a Memorandum of Understanding update.
The Commission will also conduct the following board interviews:
- Charene Herrera – Wind River Visitors Council
- Kari Price – Museum Board
- Daniel Lobera – Museum Board
- John Buckwalter – Planning Commission
- Wilson Patzer – Planning Commission
- Chuck Deeds – Planning Commission
The following budget hearings will be conducted after lunch:
- Museum
- Fair
- Courthouse Security
- Opioid Settlement
- Treasurer, Investment Pool, Capital Revolving Fund, Abandoned Vehicles, Health Benefit Plan
An executive session will also be held regarding potential litigation.
Tuesday’s meeting is open to the public for in-person attendance and will be live-streamed on Fremont County’s YouTube channel, where past meeting recordings are stored.
