(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commission will hold a regular meeting at 9 a.m. Tuesday, June 17, in the County Commissioners’ Chambers in Room 205 of the Fremont County Courthouse, 450 N. Second St. in Lander.
The tentative agenda, which is subject to change at any time, includes a 250 grant committee discussion with Museum Director Scott Goetz.
The Commission will also hear about a bid approval from County Fair General Manager Pat Hart and receive a monthly update from District Court Clerk Amanda Sanchez.
A public hearing will be held regarding a liquor license application for Arcady Ridge Ranch, then Public Health Nurse Manage Jeanna Stewart and MCH Manager Candice Frude will lead a maternal child health shortage discussion.
After a break, the Commission will conduct Library Board interviews with Molly Selley, Cady Shoutis, Karen Wetzel, David Mossburg, Julie Lefevre, and Janet Bates.
Three discussions are scheduled to take place after lunch, including:
- Job Corps discussion (Fred Poutre)
- gambling funds discussion (Commissioner Clarence Thomas)
- budget discussion (Library Director Anita Marple)
The Commission will also hold an overall budget discussion during Tuesday’s meeting.
The meeting is open to the public for in-person attendance and will be live-streamed on Fremont County’s YouTube channel, where past meeting recordings are stored.
