(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commission will hold a regular meeting beginning at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, in the County Commissioners’ Chambers in Room 205 of the Fremont County Courthouse, 450 N. Second St. in Lander.
The tentative agenda, which is subject to change at any time, begins with a swearing-in ceremony for new Fremont County and Prosecuting Attorney Micah Wyatt, followed by a reception in the District Courtroom until 10 a.m.
After receiving public comment, the Commission will hear a report from County Planning Supervisor Steve Baumann on the Mountain Meadow Subdivision.
The Commission will also hear an annual operating plan report from Fremont County Fire Warden Ron Wempen, and Transportation Superintendent Billy Meeks and Dowl Engineer Kasey Jones will present information about a chip seal award before Fremont County Clerk Julie Freese leads a budget discussion.
The meeting is open to the public for in-person attendance and will be live-streamed on Fremont County’s YouTube channel, where past meeting recordings are stored.
