(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commission will hold a regular meeting beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 6, in the County Commissioners’ Chambers in Room 205 of the Fremont County Courthouse, 450 N. Second St. in Lander.
The tentative agenda, which is subject to change at any time, includes a public hearing for a liquor license transfer.
The commission will also hear a report on the Korrel Subdivision from Planning Director Steve Baumann, and another public hearing will be held for a budget transfer.
After a break, Jason Baldes will give a presentation on buffalo restoration efforts, Kyle Butterfield will participate in an air service discussion, Scott Wheeler will present a request for support regarding America’s 250th anniversary, County Attorney Micah Wyatt will give a personnel report, ISS Supervisor Lance Bishop will give an update and personnel report, and EMA Coordinator Milan Vinish will give a personnel report.
After a break for lunch, the commission will discuss treatment courts with judicial branch representatives, and an executive session will be held for personnel and/or potential litigation.
Tuesday’s meeting is open to the public for in-person attendance and will be live-streamed on Fremont County’s YouTube channel, where past meeting recordings are stored.
