(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commission will hold a regular meeting at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1, in the County Commissioners’ Chambers in Room 205 of the Fremont County Courthouse, 450 N. Second St. in Lander.
The tentative agenda, which is subject to change at any time, includes a Lane Subdivision discussion with Planning Director Steve Baumann and a personnel report from Nurse Manager Nicole Arredondo
The Commission will also discuss salaries and compensation with Deputy County Attorney Nathan Maxon and hear an update from Treatment Court Executive Director Sage Goff.
After a break, Transportation Superintendent Billy Meeks and Kasey Jones with DOWL Engineering will give a presentation on Willow Creek, after which the Commission will convene into an executive session for potential litigation and/or personnel.
A data center discussion is scheduled to take place at 11:30 a.m.
Members of the public are asked to submit questions, concerns, and comments in writing prior to the meeting to commission@fremontcountywy.gov so that they may be addressed during the discussion.
Another executive session for potential litigation and/or personnel will be held if needed before adjournment.
Tuesday’s meeting is open to the public for in-person attendance and will be streamed live on Fremont County’s YouTube channel, where past meeting recordings are stored.
