(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commission will hold a regular meeting beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, March 18, in the County Commissioners’ Chambers in Room 205 of the Fremont County Courthouse, 450 N. Second St. in Lander.
The tentative agenda, which is subject to change at any time, includes a policy overview with Local Government Liability Pool Executive Director Torey Racines.
The Commission will also hear a monthly update from Fremont County Sheriff Ryan Lee and discuss a Wyoming retirement increase for law enforcement with Fremont County Clerk Julie Freese.
After a break, the Commission will hear a quarterly update from Fremont County Library Director Anita Marple, and Fremont County Fair Manager Pat Hart will give an update on unanticipated revenues and Fremont Center roof bids.
The Commission will also hear a Zoom meeting update from Information Technology Supervisor Kevin Shultz, discuss a permit extension agreement with Charter Communications Senior Manager Mike Mores, and receive a policy overview from Wyoming Association of Risk Management Executive Director Joe Constantino.
Old business on the agenda includes project selection for a Department of Energy grant.
Tuesday’s Commission meeting is open to the public for in-person attendance.
