(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commission will hold a regular meeting beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, April 1, in the County Commissioners’ Chambers in Room 205 of the Fremont County Courthouse, 450 N. Second St. in Lander.
The tentative agenda, which is subject to change at any time, includes a report from Public Health Nurse Manager Jeanna Stewart, who will discuss contract addendums, state epidemiology concerns from County Health Officer Dr. Forbis, and an update from Emergency Preparedness and Response Coordinator Traci Foutz.
The commission will also hold a public hearing for a new liquor license application from Lava Mountain Group LLC doing business as Lava Mountain Lodge.
After a break, IT Supervisor Kevin Shultz will give an update on live stream meetings, and County Clerk Julie Freese will report on personnel and give an update on the county budget process.
The commission will also hear a program overview from Wyoming Association of Risk Management Director Joe Constantino before convening into an executive session with Civil Attorney Nathan Maxon regarding potential litigation.
Old business on the agenda includes a Department of Energy grant.
Tuesday’s Commission meeting is open to the public for in-person attendance.
