(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commission will hold a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday, July 6, in the County Commissioners’ Chambers in Room 205 of the Fremont County Courthouse, 450 N. Second St. in Lander.
The agenda includes a public hearing regarding the proposed county budget for fiscal year 2026-2027.
The Commission will also hold a regular meeting at 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, in the same location.
The tentative agenda for the regular meeting includes a report from Wind River Transportation Authority Director Tim Nichols.
The Commission will also hear a report from Planning Director Steve Baumann about Upper Little Warm Springs Creek, after which Chance Marshall will discuss a contract, and Treatment Courts Executive Director Sage Goff will provide an update.
After a break, the Commission will set the fiscal year 2027 budget.
Both meetings are open to the public for in-person attendance and will be streamed live on Fremont County’s YouTube channel, where past meeting recordings are stored.
