(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Commissioners have shared the recap for their February 4 meeting, available below.
- An addendum to the agricultural lease agreement with Dave Long was approved
- Amendment one to the FY2022 congestion mitigation air quality program sub-recipient agreement between the Wyoming Department of Transportation and Fremont County was approved to extend the term and period of performance of the agreement through December 31, 2025, and correct and update several items
- The agreement for use of economic development tax funds was approved for Second Street Farm LLC
- Resolution No. 2025-03 “FY 2024-2025 Budget Amendment No. 1” was approved for an unanticipated revenue and budget transfer
- The commissioners will develop a new policy requiring every employee who drives a county vehicle to take a defensive driving course within three months of beginning employment
