(Lander, WY) – The Fremont County Library System Board of Trustees will hold a regular meeting at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 2, at the Lander Library, 200 Amoretti Street in Lander.
The agenda includes correspondence from a community member, public comment, a commissioner update, and a director report.
Unfinished business on the agenda includes:
- children’s computer filtering
- statistics requests
Statistics requests listed include information about monthly circulation and visitors, and book purchases, weeding, and “inter-branch transfers.”
Under new business, the board will consider a proposed addition to board policies and procedures regarding cell phones.
The board will also discuss removal of American Library Association language, including an update on county attorney comments and a public comment period.
The final new business item on the agenda is a discussion of establishing a working group on public safety at the Riverton Branch.
