All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Kinneth Good, 37, of Fremont County is facing one count of Theft – Taking, one count of Theft – Concealing and one count of False Reporting to Authorities.
On September 19, 2020 at approximately 12:20 a.m. a Fremont County Sheriff’s Deputy observed a trailer and 4-wheeler being taken without authorization from the area of South Federal and East Monroe in Riverton.
Court documents indicate that authorities were able to locate Good at a motel he was staying at and arrested him on the three charges later that night. Documents indicate the stolen property is valued at over $1,000.
Good’s initial hearing was waived and the matter will be transferred to District Court for arraignment at a later date.
Theft – Taking is a felony and punishable by up to 10 years of imprisonment and a fine of up to $10,000, Theft – Concealing is a felony and punishable by up to 10 years of imprisonment and a fine of up to $10,000. False Reporting To Authorities is a misdemeanor and punishable by up to 6 months of imprisonment and a fine of up to $750.
