Fremont County Sheriff Ryan Lee was sworn in at 9:00 a.m. Monday morning as the 25th Sheriff of Fremont County.
Sheriff Lee announces that he has appointed Mike Hutchison as Undersheriff.
Mike Hutchison began his career in Emergency Services in 2004 and came to the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office in 2007 as a Patrol Deputy. In 2013 Mike was promoted to Sergeant in the Patrol Division. In 2015 Mike transferred to the Investigations Division and has served as the Detective Sergeant for the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office since then. Mike was born and raised in Fremont County and is a lifelong Fremont County resident
Undersheriff Hutchison brings many years of Public Safety Experience to the agency.
Sheriff Lee has also re-appointed Lieutenant Kathy Mosbrucker to oversee Detention Operations, as well as Director Carl Freeman who will continue to oversee our Dispatch Center.
Sheriff Lee made two new appointments in the Patrol Division. Lieutenant John Zerga in Lander and Lieutenant Sarah Trehearne in Riverton. Both Lieutenants have an extensive Law Enforcement career within the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office.
