Job Overview:
– Perform X-ray imaging on patients; pediatric and adult.
– Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
-Promote radiation safety for patients and employees
– Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess images for diagnostic quality.
– Adhere to radiation safety standards and protocols.
– Oversee routine maintenance and cleaning of x-ray equipment and suite in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines.
– Assist in clinical tasks and direct patient care.
Qualifications:
-Current Wyoming State license – Radiology Technologist
– Strong knowledge of radiographic positioning and techniques.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.
Preferred Skills:
– Experience with PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System).
– Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Job Type: Full-time; PRN availability
Expected hours: 40 per week
