(Arapahoe, WY) – Fremont County resident Kendall Moss has been federally charged with two counts of felony abusive sexual contact, according to court filings posted on November 22.
While specific details are not available at this time, the federal indictment filed on November 20 states that between January 16, 2020 (on or about), and October 13, 2021 (on or about), Moss “did knowingly engage in and cause sexual contact with (a) minor victim,” who was under the age of 12 at the time.
An arrest warrant was issued for Moss on November 20, which was later executed on November 22 when he was arrested in Arapahoe, court filings also inform.
Following Moss’s initial appearance held on November 22, an arraignment/detention hearing was set for November 26, before the Honorable Judge Teresa McKee in Lander.
An abusive sexual contact felony charge holds a maximum sentence of life imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, life of supervised release (no less than 5 years), and a $100 special assessment fee.
