Each week, staff at Fort Washakie High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Alayne Guina was nominated as the Fort Washakie High School student of the week by Keith Cowan.
Alane has improved 100 miles in her math skills over the past year. She is a very hard working student. She always pays attention to my instruction, even catching “teacher mistakes”. She is diligent about her daily work. She really enjoys “Puzzle Friday”. On this day we do non-curricular math puzzles. She likes to solve them and then bring them home to try to “trick” her dad.
