Each week, staff at Fort Washakie High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Austin Friday was nominated as the Fort Washakie High School student of the week by John Gookin.
Austin Friday is an inquisitive student who always dials up the conversation when we are learning. He is also polite to fellow students and staff, making him comfortable to learn with. And he is a careful and disciplined artist who knows how to tell a story graphically.
