Each week, staff at Fort Washakie High School nominate a student who has shown outstanding behavior toward their peers and in their academics. At the end of the year, County 10 will award a $500 scholarship to one of the nominated students! Click here to view all nominated students.
Patience Engavo was nominated as the Fort Washakie High School student of the week by Bonnie Hamilton.
Patience is kind, caring, and a friend to everyone. She loves animals, especially dogs, cats, and horses. Over the summer, she had a job where she worked once a week caring for horses. At school, Patience attends classes for half of the day and then completes work-study hours. She works as an office aid at the high school front desk. She takes her job very seriously and feels proud to have become so independent. Way to go, Patience!
