Arlo is a hardworking young man who shows grit in everything he does, approaching challenges with determination and perseverance while never giving up. He carries himself with a consistently positive attitude and always has a smile on his face, which uplifts and encourages those around him. Arlo is also a great friend who genuinely cares about others, always willing to lend a helping hand, offer support, or simply be there when someone needs it. His kindness, reliability, and strong work ethic make him someone others can count on, and he continues to make a positive impact on those around him
