Colton Simpson was nominated as the Gannett Peak student of the week by Wendy Elias.
Colton became our master sewer in our 3rd grade art / sewing class this fall. He is generous with his time whenever a child needs some training in the difficult stitches we are learning. Colton has a fantastic work ethic in art class; he is always engaged, and tries again and again until he figures out how to do anything we are working on. He is kind to his classmates, and respectful to his teachers and to any children he meets in the hallways here at GPE.
