Raith is a great kiddo that is a friend to all. Raith helps others to solve problems and is so kind and considerate. Raith goes above and beyond to greet others and put a smile on their face. We are so lucky to have a Cougar with his calibur of responsibility, respect, and safety and concern for others at all times.
